| APPOINTMENTS We see clients daily between the hours of 10am to 7pm BY APPOINTMENT ONLY as we are unable to accommodate walk-in clients on a consistent basis. Please note that in order to keep the prices of our services down and to create a more personalized experience, we do not have a receptionist. For your convenience we encourage you to book your appointment on-line by using the "Book" link to the right in the side bar. APPOINTMENTS BY PHONE We are happy to help you book an appointment by phone. If you leave us a phone message, please note that one of our therapists will call you after our sessions, within 24 hours of receiving your message. We appreciate your understanding and patience in advance! SAME DAY OR NEXT DAY APPOINTMENTS We now offer on-line booking for appointments up to 2 hours in advance! If you would like to find out if there are any last minute same-day appointments available, you are welcome to use our on line booking system or call us at 206-374-2963. If we are booked and in session, we may not be able to return your call on the same day. Our online booking system is the fastest way to check our availability and book an appointment! Please note that we require all appointments be held with a valid credit card number. Like many spas, we require 24 hours advance notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $50 charge to your credit card of the service you have booked. *** by booking an appointment at Re-Leaf, you agree to these terms*** Thank you for your compliance! APPOINTMENTS WITH TARI DEAN Tari books quickly and up to 2-4 weeks in advance. We encourage you to check back often to our on-line booking system to see if she has any openings. She does get cancellations, and our on line booking system will reflect this from day to day. You may also call us and leave a message and one of us will call you back with in 24 hours to assist you, but our on-line booking system is the fastest way to book an appointment. CANCELLATIONS, MISSED APPOINTMENTS AND LATE ARRIVALS Your appointment is reserved just for you and we look forward to working with you! Please note that we require 24 hour advance notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment or we will charge your credit card $50. No-shows will result in a $50 charge to your credit card. *** By booking an appointment with us, you agree to these terms*** LATE ARRIVALS... If you are late to your appointment please call us and leave us a message letting us know. We will then be able to modify your treatment to fit our remaining time together, as we cannot be late for our next scheduled appointment. We do lock our doors between sessions, so if you are late you may find our door locked; our therapists will keep an eye out for you to let you in. | I intend to pay cash, or bill insurance or use a gift certificate for my massage appointment. Why do I need to use my credit card to book my appointment? Re-Leaf requires a credit card to reserve your appointment as we look forward to working with you and we are dedicating our time to focus on you. In order to do this we waive the opportunity to work with others at your specified time. We require your credit card to ensure your commitment to attend your appointment. If you visit us at the time we both committed to, GREAT! If your schedule changes and you make changes 24 hours in advance, that's GREAT too! If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours in advance, or don't show up, we reserve the right to charge you an appointment cancellation fee of $50. |

| Our Approach and Policies We are honored that our client base is quite diverse! But one thing all our clinets share is an appreciation for high-quality services performed by caring practitioners in a relaxed atmosphere. At Re-Leaf, our approach is warm and conversational. As a new client, you’ll talk with your practitioner about your expectations. After we understand more about your needs, you can enjoy an atmosphere of quiet meditation or chat about your day ... whatever feels right for you. To get the most out of your appointment at Re-Leaf, here are a few things you should know: Our Wallingford location is a three treatment room massage studio environment. To promote an intimate environment, we do not have a receptionist at this location. As such, we ask that you arrive on time to your appointment; if you find that our door is locked, it means we are in session and will unlock the door when we are finished. We keep the door locked for the safety and privacy of all of our clients and practitioners that are currently in session. Our First Hill location is located within a women's mammography clinic that feels very spa-like. If you are late for your appointment, your service will end at the originally scheduled time so that our next client will also receive their fully scheduled service. On rare occasion we may backfill a practitioner due to illness, or schedule changes / demands. We do our best to let our clients know of changes if you have already seen a specific practitioner. Please let us know when you are scheduling for the first time, if you want to work with a specific practitioner. Please do this by leaving us a memo when scheduling online. Our therapists are skilled professionals with years of training. They deserve the same respect you expect at your workplace. Luckily, most of our clients understand that. Rude / Abusive behavior and sexual innuendo are not tolerated, and those who violate this policy will be asked to leave immediately. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. |
| Clients, you MUST provide your massage therapist proof of prepayment, when paying online(paypal transaction receipt), or with a gift certificate at your appointment. Without it we will require full payment of service. |
