| Wellness plans provide a way to maintain the desired results of massage while offering reduced pricing options to make massage more affordable. Regular massage promotes a positive well being, relaxation, improves range of motion and provides relief and recovery from repetitive motion injuries and occasional pulled or strained muscles for those with both intermittent activity and active lifestyles. Several Wellness Plans have been designed with the client in mind. There are 4 and 12 month plans offering 1 and 2 massage visits per month, with rates ranging as low as $55 per 60-minute massage. Additional massages can be purchased as needed at the package rate. The typical rate for a 60-minute massage is $70. |

All packages are a 4 month or 12 month commitment. If client is unable to maintain this
commitment for any reason, the client will be billed our standard rates for all plan
services rendered.

** Sharing option: The purchaser of a wellness package has the option to "share" their
package with anyone she/he sees fit. This means if the purchaser of the package
cannot go to one of their visits pre-paid by the plan, they can send someone in their
place. The plan purchaser can coordinate payment with their proxy directly.
All subscriptions offer subscribers the added benefit of purchasing gift certificates for
friends and family at a 10% discount on any massage service at the standard non-plan
rate. This option is limited up to (4) gift certificate purchase(s) per month.
**The sharing option does not allow the plan purchaser to purchase additional visits at the
plan rate for use of anyone other than the plan purchaser.
Monthly plan with 2-visits is designed for 1 or 2 people. When 2 designated persons
purchase the plan jointly, those 2-persons may purchase additional visits at the plan
rate for their personal use.
